During the latest Pokémon Presents event, players were graced with a brand new game for the franchise: Pokémon Friends.
The latest Pokémon Presents event had new announcements on all fronts. The event featured a new show, a trailer for Pokémon Concierge, a glimpse at the first outdoor permanent attraction, and other game-related announcements. Players were also graced with an announcement for an all-new puzzle-based title, Pokémon Friends.
Pokémon Friends is Available Now to Play
Pokémon Friends was unveiled with a fresh trailer during the latest showcase. This trailer featured Pokémon fans of all ages, trying their hand at various kinds of puzzles. One puzzle saw the player find the fastest route from point A to point B, as well as different types of tile puzzles, memory games, connect-the-dots, and many more that will keep your brain puzzled for the entire day. There are over 1,200 puzzles ranging from “quick brainteasers to genuine head scratchers.
Moreover, by solving these puzzles, players will be rewarded with plushies that can be used to decorate their in-game plush rooms. As mentioned above, Pokémon Friends will be available to download today, not just on your Nintendo Switch, but also on iOS and Android devices. The game is “free to start” on iOS and Android devices, with optional in-game purchases available. On the Switch, players need to purchase the game for $9.99.
