Daredevil actor is also a cast member of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, but he has yet to try the game. He has promised to buy a console and try the game soon.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is the latest turn-based, action-adventure RPG by Sandfall Interactive that has quickly taken over the world. Several key developers and publishers have also recognised the game’s success and are making moves inspired by the new game. However, one of its cast members, who also plays Daredevil in the MCU, has yet to play the game.
Daredevil Actor Will Purchase a Console to Play Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
The Daredevil actor is none other than Charlie Cox, and he mentioned Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 during a panel at GalaxyCon (via GamesRadar+). For those unaware, Charlie Cox has a pretty big role in Sandfall Interactive’s latest game; he plays Gustave, who is one of the 4 main party members of the game. He mentioned first that he knew nothing about the game originally, and probably spent 4 hours recording the lines for this character.
However, while recording the lines, the Daredevil actor was in awe of the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33’s beauty, describing the visuals as “extraordinary”. He jokes that they have come a long way from Mario 64, which was probably the last video game he had played. Cox then says he “needs to play the game”, he needs to “buy a console first” and then play this game. Cox says that people keep praising his work in the game, but he feels like a “fraud” as he just did the voice.
