Hundreds of thousands of people are still playing Apex Legends every month. Respawn really caught lightning in a bottle with its free-to-play shooter, and if you want to know when Apex Legends Season 29 gets underway, read on for all the details.
Apex Legends Season 29 is the successor to Season 28’s Breach. According to Steam Charts, Apex still has hit an average of over 100,000 players alone on PC, with monthly peaks sometimes exceeding 250,000 and 300,000 (before console)! It’s low-key still one of the most popular shooters in the world!
If you already knew this, then that’s fair, and you want to know what’s coming for Season 29—also fair.
When Does Apex Legends Season 28 End? Season 29 Start Date, Explained

Based on the pattern of recent seasons, Apex Legends Season 28 should end around May 5, which is roughly when Season 29 is epxected to get underway.
The three-month cycle of new Apex seasons is expected to be upheld. However, there’s a bit of breathing room regarding the start date. Coincidentally, a lot of the recent Apex Legends seasons have started on the 5th or 6th APART from the most recent one—Season 28 Breach.
