The third season of the Amazon Prime Video series built around Fallout has officially wrapped, as the cast shared a wrap-party video on social media. No exact release date for the third season is set yet.
Here’s the latest we know about season 3 of Fallout on Amazon Prime Video and what fans can expect.
Walton Goggins Confirmed He’s Taken Off Ghoul Makeup for the Final Time
The post about the wrap party follows other confirmations that the show had finished filming its third season. On October 28, Walton Goggins posted a video confirming he had wrapped for season 3. In that post, Goggins said he had taken off his Ghoul makeup for the last time. The next day, Jake Garber, a makeup artist on the series, said he had finished his work.
Previously, social media was buzzing about how Wes-Tek, a major corporation in the Fallout universe, appears in Season 3. The production location for the Wes-Tek building is very familiar to The Office fans. The building is the same one that Sabre, the company that buys Dunder Mifflin, occupies during season 6 of the former NBC staple.
Amazon had already confirmed Season 3 before Season 2’s release in 2025. Filming began in the summer. Goggins noted in July that he had started filming.
Again, it is unclear when this season will premiere. If you’re eager for more Fallout on Amazon Prime Video, a new competitive reality series will likely debut sometime in 2027. Fallout Shelter: The Experiment will be released on the platform on January 13, 2027.
