Fallout TV Show Leaks Reveal Iconic ‘The Office’ Location Being Used

The third season of the Fallout television show is being filmed right now, and fans are eagerly lapping up any trace of it that appears online. The latest images circulating show a replica of a ‘West-Tek’ facility, the company in the Fallout universe responsible for creating the FEV (Forced Evolutionary Virus) that birthed Super Mutants.

On social media, a series of images emerged showing film crews at a dressed location, and any eagle-eyed fans with a penchant for The Office (the US version) should instantly recognize the building that’s being used.

Fallout TV Show Dives Into West-Tek

West-Tek is one of the most iconic and important corporations in the Fallout universe, alongside brands like Vault-Tec and RobCo. It manufactured certain lines of Power Armor, some weapons, and the FEV, which was used to mutate all kinds of creatures – and humans – to create horrific entities.

The third season of the Fallout TV show is using West-Tek in some kind of respect, and in the latest leaked images from the show, we’ve seen the location that the corporation is occupying.

Fans of The Office might recognize the building:

It’s the same building that Sabre, a company that purchases The Office’s Dunder Mifflin, occupies during the show’s sixth season. It stars in the background of an introductory video, pieced together by Sabre to welcome acquisitions to the company.

Coincidentally, the location, which is located in a place called Westlake Village, is being used as a set for a corporation called West-Tek. I wonder if that’s a little deliberate.

Here’s a better angle:

The end of the second season of Fallout wrapped up very nicely, with several storylines extending towards the horizon, but we don’t exactly know where West-Tek fits into it all.

In case you need it, here’s the shot from The Office:

The show’s third season isn’t expected to be released until late next year, probably in time for the game’s thirtieth anniversary in October.
