Metal Gear Solid Delta Snaker Eater sold more than 1 million copies by August 28, 2025.
The remake players have been waiting for years has finally been released, and the fans have been showering it with all the love they can. The game was released on August 26, and by August 28, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater had already sold over 1 million units. The number may have increased by now.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater’s 1 Million Copies Record Announcement Arrives With a New Ver. 1.1.3 Update
A couple of hours after announcing that MGS 3 Remake sold 1 million copies by August 28, 2025, the developers released a new update, ver. 1.1.3. The update is now available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S and should be available for Steam soon. Players receive a brand-new feature, the Inverted Camera Look (Horizontal) feature, which can be found in the Options menu under Controls. There are also some fixes, which you can check out below.
- An issue where players might not receive the reward for collecting all GA-KO has been fixed.
- The models and textures for certain scenes have been updated.
- Most game crash issues have been resolved after investigating the received reports.
- Minor bug fixes and adjustments have been made.
Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake Devs Address Feedback
The developers have acknowledged the feedback and issue reports players are sharing and are actively investigating them. At the moment, they are working on the following items:
- 21:9 aspect ratio display support on Steam.
- An in-game feature to check system specifications on Steam.
- An option to select a preferred rendering mode when playing on PlayStation 5 Pro.
- Improvements to overall performance stability for all platforms
