Set to be the franchise’s first full-length title in first person, Silent Hill: Townfall is set to make some monumental leaps for the series, and from what we’ve seen so far, it looks just as scary and intense as ever.

When Is Silent Hill: Townfall Coming Out?
You don’t have much longer left to wait, as Silent Hill: Townfall is set to release on September 24, 2026.
With Control Resonant releasing on the same day, September 24 is all but guaranteed to be a monumental day. Whether you’re a fan of Lovecraftian horror or reality-warping action, there should be something for you to play.
If you don’t want to wait that long, though, you always have the option of buying the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition, which offers a 48-hour early access window for those who pre-order it. Should you make that call, you’d be able to play Silent Hill: Townfall on September 22 instead.
What Time Does Silent Hill: Townfall Release?
Official launch times for Silent Hill: Townfall are yet to be revealed, but judging by SteamDB, the game is set to go live at 9 AM PT on September 24—or September 22 for those with early access.
That makes it an early start for those on the West Coast, giving you all day to sink your teeth into the title, but for everyone elsewhere, the release date begins to shift further and further into the day.
