How To Get Uncommon Grappling Hook In ARC Raiders—Blueprint Location

The Frozen Trail update has added a ton of new content to ARC Raiders, but one of the highlights is undoubtedly the new Grappling Hook. It has a ton of use cases, ranging from swinging across gaps to scaling previously inaccessible walls.

It’s bound to be a regular inclusion in plenty of loadouts, but if you want to use it often, you’ll want to be able to craft it, meaning you’ll need the Blueprint. That said, it’s not an easy find, so if you’re on the hunt, here’s where to find it in ARC Raiders, as well as what resources you’ll need to craft it.

Where To Find The Grappling Hook Blueprint In ARC Raiders

Unlike Legendary Blueprints, there isn’t a set place to search for the Grappling Hook Blueprint, as it can spawn in a variety of places.

However, if you turn your attention to the new Reward Pass, you’ll find that the Blueprint is up for grabs, and it’s free, too! All you need to do is work your way towards Level 12, and you’ll be able to claim it free of charge.

Of course, just like other Blueprints, there’s a chance you could find it out on your adventures, but it’s not a guaranteed spawn at any location. Your best bet is to search containers like Weapon Cases and Raider Caches, especially during Major Map Conditions.

Alternatively, you can use the new Research Station at the Outpost to learn new Blueprints. Most Blueprints can be discovered here, so long as you have enough Research Points to unlock them.

How To Craft The Grappling Hook In ARC Raiders

Once you’ve managed to obtain the new Grappling Hook Blueprint, you’ll be able to craft it at a Level 1 Utility Station—so long as you have the materials.

Here’s what you’ll need to craft the Grappling Hook in ARC Raiders:

  • 2x Rope
  • 1x Cable Stripper
  • 1x Mechanical Components

The new Grappling Hook can be equipped in your Quick Use slots, where you’ll aim it at a surface before it latches itself in place. The new rope mechanics allow you to swing freely, as well as lower or raise yourself accordingly, but make sure to keep an eye on your stamina.
