Falcons Pred Pulls Up Receipts For Bad Servers Following FaZe Vegas Loss

The Call of Duty League’s server stability came under debate again recently, with Riyadh Falcons’ Pred going in against network issues that hampered the team’s progress against FaZe Vegas. The Saturday series between the two teams went in FaZe’s favor, and shortly after the match, Pred took to social media to blame the League’s servers.

In the comments under his post, users were quick to point out that, geographically, there’s very little separating FaZe Vegas and Riyadh Falcons, despite the organization’s names. Both teams are located in Texas, as are other organizations.

Pred Isn’t Happy with CDL Servers

In the post on social media, Pred lamented the loss against FaZe Vegas on Saturday:

GGs Faze we lose 1-3… looking forward for next weeks matches!

Hopefully a server change is possible next time!

In a screenshot attached to the post, Pred shared feedback from an unnamed individual, likely some type of League support agent, going by the nature of the message:

Our servers can detected what it labels as “bad connections” associated with packet loss, jitter, and other variables. Your team had 31 of these detections in the first map, 23 in the second map. Your opponents had 0 between both maps.

Fans and critics alike bagged on Pred’s statement, suggesting the poor network connection isn’t any excuse, and that Riyadh’s comms and gameplay were pretty trash during the series against FaZe Vegas.

In the Call of Duty League, the Riyadh Falcons haven’t won a series since March 21st, when they managed to overcome a hugely dominant OpTic Texas side in the run-up to Major II. Since then, every match has been a quick loss for Riyadh.

The 2026 season overall has Riyadh Falcons running straight up the middle of the road. The team sits in eighth place overall with a 48% match win record. In recent days, some candid clips surfaced on social media revealing that the chemistry in the team might be waning somewhat, adding further fuel to the fire.
