After getting it’s first gameplay trailer during Gamescom Opening Night Live on Tuesday, developer Firaxis games has given players an even deeper dive into the Civilization 7 gameplay.
Throughout the 20-minute showcase, Firaxis gave players insight into the new Civilization 7 features, the new art style, innovations coming to the game, the vision for the franchise, and more.
“In Civilization VII, your strategic decisions shape the unique cultural lineage of your evolving empire,” Firaxis says. “Rule as one of many legendary leaders from throughout history and steer the course of your story by choosing a new civilization to represent your empire in each Age of human advancement.”
Civilization 7 will release on February 11, 2025.
