80% of Our Audience Would Pay $100 For Grand Theft Auto 6

During the latest episode of the Insider Gaming Weekly Podcast, we put a question to our listeners and viewers. We asked them how much they’d be willing to pay for Grand Theft Auto 6, which is arguably shaping up to be the biggest release of all time.

We settled on a number and asked how many of them would be willing to pay $100 for the standard edition of GTA 6, assuming there would be multiple editions of the game. It might come as a surprise, but the vast majority of our viewers would pay $100 for Grand Theft Auto 6.

How Much Would You Pay for GTA 6?

The price of Grand Theft Auto 6 is one of the biggest points of contention in the gaming space right now, and it will be until the tag is confirmed by Take-Two or Rockstar Games. The running consensus amongst most gamers is that no price is too high, given the scope of Grand Theft Auto 6 and how much hype there is surrounding the game.

During the most recent episode of the Insider Gaming Weekly Podcast, which you can watch in full below, we asked hundreds of live viewers if they’d be willing to pay $100 for GTA 6.

When the dust had settled, the result was clear: 80% of our audience would pay $100 to get their hands on the standard edition.

Additionally, 84% of our audience believes that GTA 6 will not suffer from another delay. That means just 16% of viewers are anticipating another pushback of what could be the best-selling game in history.

Recently, rumors started circulating like wildfire, with claims surfacing suggesting that GTA 6 pre-orders would open from this coming Monday. On social media, reports started appearing claiming that there will be multiple editions of the game, that it would cost this much, or that much, and that trailer three is dropping on the 15th of May, no, on the 26th of May, no, on the…

  • Or more. Honestly still curious about a 2027 delay I mean this if it has a $3 billion budget like rumored it’s going to flop no matter what. Youngest demo for this are teens and even then it’s dicey they’d probably just stick with Fortnite and Roblox. I can see this doing 2K numbers nut not GTA5 also some will wait for PS6.
