GTA 6 Pre-Order Date Has Been Leaked Via Best Buy

GTA 6 pre-orders are supposedly set to go live next week, starting May 18, 2026, as a Best Buy email has leaked when you can place your pre-order. Plenty of people have been sent the email online, but Insider Gaming has since received the email, and we can independently verify that it’s real.

Sent out to affiliates, the email reveals the campaign is for none other than the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6, with the pre-orders set to begin on May 18, five months before the game’s November 19 release date. If pre-orders were to go live, it could very well rule out fears of another delay.

GTA 6 Pre-Order Campaign Verification

Insider Gaming has been able to verify that the email received by affiliates is legitimate by having two individual affiliates forward us directly the emails. The emails originate from Impact – one of the leading affiliate partner marketplaces. If you have an Impact account and have signed up to have affiliate offers from Best Buy, it’s possible that you have also received an email from “[email protected]

Check out this post by GTA6Alerts on X, which has shared a video of the email, as well as live screenshots of others corroborating the news.

GTA 6 Trailer 3 Could Be Around The Corner

The pre-order news has once again got fans online speculating that the highly rumored Trailer 3 could be right around the corner, with many suspecting that the trailer will close with the official pre-order announcement.

The anticipation surrounding GTA 6 has only continued to grow in recent months. It has now been over a year since Rockstar last showed substantial footage of the game, while Trailer 2 has already surpassed 160 million views on YouTube alone.

With excitement at an all-time high and fans desperate for fresh details, the rumored May 18 pre-order date has many believing Rockstar could finally be preparing to pull back the curtain once again.
