Escape from Tarkov Event Starts as Rogues Populate Shoreline and Reserve

Escape from Tarkov has a new event starting right now, and Battlestate Games has dubbed it Full Speed Ahead. It has brought Rogues out of Lighthouse and onto other maps, namely Shoreline and Reserve. The event, which starts with a quest from Peacekeeper, is available on both PvE and PvP platforms.

Per a post from Battlestate Games on social media, the event will run until May 21, and for completing it, you’ll unlock an exclusive achievement named Awaiting Departure.

Full Speed Ahead Event Begins in Tarkov

Escape from Tarkov has a stacked roadmap for 2026. This event is the beginning of that roadmap, introducing a new quest line and an event centered around Shoreline.

Per a post on social media from Battlestate Games:

Unusual Rogue activity has been detected along the coastline. Previously, they rarely left their camp at the water treatment plant, but now they appear to be conducting a full-scale reconnaissance operation. Peacekeeper is concerned about this development and wants to find out what they are searching for.

The event will last until May 21. It is available in both PvP and PvE Zone. You can earn a unique achievement by completing the task line.

Beyond that, we’ve got the ICEBREAKER map and event, a new boss, fresh equipment and weapons, and a heap of optimization-based updates, all headed to Escape from Tarkov.

Full Speed Ahead starts with a new Peacekeeper quest, No Smoke Without Fire. This requires you to complete the following steps:

  • Survive and Extract from Shoreline
  • Survive and Extract from Lighthouse
  • Survive and Extract from Reserve
  • Eliminate Rogues on Any Location (10)

For completing No Smoke Without Fire, you’ll get a few thousand dollars, 10,000 experience points, a P90, two magazines, and a few boxes of SS197SR.

Let us know on the Insider Gaming Discord server how quickly you’ve managed to complete this opening task.
