Xbox Game Pass has been the centre of attention lately, with talks of new tiers and reduced prices for Ultimate and PC subscribers. With Xbox clearly wanting to make Game Pass the place to play, adding Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced to the service would certainly be a huge step in that direction.

It’s a crying shame, as it’d be an excellent addition to the hundreds of games already available on the service. But it’s clear that Ubisoft think Black Flag Resynced can stand on its own two feet, and based on the hype surrounding the game, they’re probably right.

Will Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Ever Come To Xbox Game Pass?
Never say never, as Assassin’s Creed titles have a long history of arriving on Xbox Game Pass, though it’s just not alongside their launch dates.
At the time of writing, tons of Assassin’s Creed titles are available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, thanks to its partnered subscription to Ubisoft+. That grants you access to a whole variety of Assassin’s Creed games, ranging from some of the more recent titles, like Valhalla and Mirage, to some of the classics, like Unity or Brotherhood.

In fact, you can even play the original Assassin’s Creed Black Flag on there right now! So, if you can’t wait for the remake and want to dive into the game, you can always cash in an Ultimate Game Pass subscription and set sail right away.
But, if you want to experience the remake for all of its updates and additions, it looks like you’ll have to buy the game day one, or wait a good while for it to potentially arrive on Game Pass in the distant future.
