Forza Horizon 6 is racing onto the scene and stands as one of the biggest Xbox releases in 2026, with the franchise showcasing the long-awaited focus on Japan, and the Premium Edition is packed full of extra content.
The sixth entry in the Forza Horizon franchise is expected to make waves, following on from the extremely successful release of Forza Horizon 5 on PlayStation, which joins the race later this year.
If you’re considering splashing out on the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition but want to know how much bang you will get for your buck, Insider Gaming has the breakdown.
Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition Price

The Premium Edition of Forza Horizon 6 is priced at a lofty $119.99/£109.99, but it’s packed with additional content for the price.
Purchasing the Premium Edition provides access to pretty much everything Forza Horizon 6 has to offer, both now and in the future, but there are ways to reduce the price.

If you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscription, you already have access to the Standard Edition of the game and won’t have to fork out the full price to bump up to the Premium Edition.
A Premium Edition upgrade is available to purchase separately for $69.99/£59.99, unlocking all of the additional content.
All Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition Content, Explained
The main benefits of the Premium Edition are up to four days of early access, and both post-launch DLC packs, when they are released.
No details of the Forza Horizon 6 DLC plans have been shared yet, but fans can expect plenty of content, with previous games including collabs with the likes of Hot Wheels and LEGO.
Additionally, the Premium Edition includes VIP Membership, providing a 2x Credit Boost to race rewards, three Forza Edition cars, a weekly bonus Super Wheelspin, special vanity items, and the Tokyo City house, along with five special pre-tuned cars at launch as another bonus through the Welcome Pack.
The garages of Premium Edition owners will be bolstered, as the version also includes the Car Pass, distributing 30 additional cars, once per week, eight cars in the Time Attack Car Pack, and four more cars in the Italian Passion Car Pack.
Is the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition Worth It?
For diehard fans of the franchise, the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition is certainly worth the outlay, as it provides pretty much everything you could want.
The array of cars includes a variety of vehicles to get behind as you explore Japan, and four days of early access reduces the wait time before you can dive into the game.
- More Insider Gaming: Is Forza Horizon 6 on Xbox Game Pass?
The inclusion of both DLC packs is arguably the biggest benefit, however, as it saves you from forking out extra money later down the line, and the same is the case for the car packs.
In previous games, DLC packs have cost $14.99 each at launch, with the Car Pass costing an additional $29.99, VIP Membership priced at $14.99, and Car Packs ranging in price from $3.99 to $7.99.
If the prices remain the same for Forza Horizon 6, the Premium Edition can save you over $40 in the long run, but the good news is you don’t have to make a decision immediately and can upgrade later down the line.
