Around 15 minutes of Battlefield 6’s Battle Royale gamemode have leaked online thanks to the game’s first-ever playtest of the mode.
The gameplay in question comes from two different users, who have managed to gain access to Battlefield 6’s Battle Royale mode in the latest Battlefield Labs playtests. The first clip showcases around 12 minutes of Battle Royale gameplay, featuring both the RHIB boat and tank vehicles.
You can watch the gameplay below:
The second gameplay leak showcases the game’s opening drop sequence, where a squad of four players jumps out of a Chinook helicopter. At first glance, it seems like Ripple Effect has implemented the Apex Legends drop-in feature, where your whole squad follows a squad leader, unless you decide to separate off from the drop.

How to Play Battlefield 6 Battle Royale Now
Unfortunately, the only way to play the Battlefield 6 Battle Royale right now is by signing up for the Battlefield Labs playtests. Players who are accepted will be able to play the Battle Royale for the first time before launch, as well as play the standard multiplayer experience.
Battlefield Labs playtests will also continue throughout the lifecycle of Battlefield 6, allowing players to access the game’s upcoming DLC maps and other experiences before anyone else.
Battlefield 6’s Battle Royale will feature one of the most destructive ring mechanics ever seen in a Battle Royale game, where players will die immediately upon contact. As of yet, no gameplay of the mechanic has leaked online, but we expect leaks to continue to happen over the weekend, so keep checking back for more gameplay.
Battlefield 6 is scheduled to launch on October 10 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and PC.
