Fortnite has confirmed that players will be able to make ‘Exact Amount’ V-Buck purchases starting from October 14; however, PlayStation players were excluded from this deal.
Leaks and rumours have confirmed that Fortnite is receiving several exciting skins in the near future, including IShowSpeed, Peacemaker, and more. To get these skins in your collection, players will need to cough up some V-Bucks. Fortunately for them, players can soon purchase the exact amount of V-bucks they want.
Fortnite Makes V-Bucks Purchases Easier
Starting from October 14, Fortnite players can top up their accounts with the exact amount of V-Bucks they need for their desired skin. Earlier, they had to choose between four options: 1,000, 2,800, 5000, and 13,500. Now players can purchase in increments of 50 for Fortnite and Rocket League. Moreover, from October 10, player balances for these two games will be rounded up to the nearest 50.
For Fall Guys, players can purchase V-Bucks in increments of 100. Similarly, their balances will be rounded up to the nearest 100 as well. Fortnite’s ‘exact amount V-Bucks’ offer will be available on Xbox, Nintendo, PC, Android, iPhones, iPads, and the Fortnite web Item Shop on October 14. PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 were not listed; however, the blog post confirms that developers are working towards making this offer available everywhere.
In other news, here’s the FNCS 2026 schedule, which features a new $1 million mobile tournament. Additionally, a REPO collaboration with Fortnite is set to launch soon.
