The game received mass critical acclaim and won Most Innovative Gameplay at the 2022 Steam Awards, and was nominated for six awards at the Game Awards. Stray’s popularity has only grown, as the game is also getting an animated movie adaptation. Little Kitty, Big City uses that same winning formula and follows the story of a stray cat trying to find its way back home.

Little Kitty, Big City officially launches for Xbox, PC, PlayStation 5, and Switch on May 9.
On the official Little Kitty, Big City website, PlayStation 5 isn’t included as a launch console. However, there is a listing on the PlayStation Store, indicating that the game will release for the system when it goes live.
And, while the games are similar, Little Kitty, Big City is much more lighthearted and less serious than Stray. On their journey home, players can explore the city and cause mayhem. The open-world playground features a full cast of animal friends and a handful of quests to complete.
In addition, players can customize the kitty with cute hats to brighten up the experience.
