FBC: Firebreak is the perfect summer game for you and your friends to dive into. Here is everything you need to know about the official release date and start times.
Remedy Entertainment has a knack for creating unforgettable single-player experiences, such as Alan Wake, Max Payne, and Control. However, up until now, the studio has never made a multiplayer game. That streak ends with FBC: Firebreak.
The co-op first-person shooter challenges teams of three to take back control of the Federal Bureau of Control, as it’s been overrun by otherworldly forces. Let’s jump right into when you can get your hands on the ambitious new project.
FBC: Firebreak Release Date

FBC: Firebreak officially releases worldwide on June 17.
Remedy Entertainment specifically designed this game for teams of three. You are tasked with completing a series of different jobs, and based on everything in the technical test, it’s much easier to survive with a coordinated group.
Players have a vast collection of weapons to take down an assortment of deadly foes, including a Gatling gun that shoots slime, a gnome RPG, and a lightning gun that thrusts you into the air.
In addition to the wacky weapons, each character also has specialized tools, grenades, improvised devices, and augments. Players can mix and match their loadouts to best suit the team’s needs.
Beyond the initial release date, Remedy Entertainment plans on fully supporting the game. The development team has already released a post-launch roadmap for the remainder of 2025, which includes two new jobs. The updates will all be free and also include new gameplay systems and enemies.
