Control Resonant, the next installment in the critically acclaimed franchise by Remedy Entertainment, is set to release later this month on September 24, 2026. The developers have already shared the latest system requirements, and we now know Resonant’s file size and when you can preload the title.
When Can You Preload Control Resonant?
Control Resonant is a title that players can preload on their systems, allowing them to start playing immediately once the game unlocks in their region. The preloading dates vary between the Standard and Deluxe Editions, as the Deluxe Edition includes early access.
Standard Edition players can preload the game starting September 22 and will be able to play it on launch day, September 24.- Deluxe Edition players can preload the game on September 20 and will have early access, starting to play two days early on September 22. The release time is set for 2 PM GMT.

The game size for Control Resonant for all platforms has been revealed. The game takes up the least space on the XBOX Series X/S at 85.97 GB, the most on PC at 106.08 GB, with PlayStation 5 right in the middle at 89.27 GB.
