Remedy Entertainment generally only releases winners. Between Alan Wake, Control, and the early Max Payne games, Remedy’s track record is outstanding. FBC: Firebreak is the newest addition, so let’s see if it’s on Game Pass or PS Plus.
Forget about a new Alan Wake game, and let’s put Control 2 to one side; the stage is set for FBC: Firebreak. It’s set mostly in Control’s world, but this is a new game, a new idea, and presents a new format from the traditional single-play elements Remedy is known for.
Firebreak focuses on three-player multiplayer teams. This means having FBC: Firebreak free on Game Pass and PS Plus would encourage players to get involved more and fill up teams.
Can You Play FBC: Firebreak on Xbox Game Pass?

FBC: Firebreak is a day-one Xbox Game Pass launch for eligible Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.
When the June Wave 1 Game Pass titles were announced, FBC: Firebreak was one of the standout titles. As soon as it’s released, you can play FBC: Firebreak as part of your subscription. The longer you have the membership, the more you get to play and enjoy the first-person shooter title.
We don’t know when Microsoft is removing the game, but if other titles are anything to go by, Firebreak will ensure the Federal Bureau of Control is around for a while yet.
Can You Play FBC: Firebreak on PS Plus?
PlayStation Plus is also giving its player base the chance to play FBC: Firebreak for free if you have PS Plus Extra.
Yes, Xbox doesn’t get all the fun to itself. If you have an active PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium membership, you can also download and play FBC: Firebreak free of charge. Yes, before you say, it’s not technically free as you’re paying for a membership.
On the other hand, you’ll pay considerably less than what you would for the full price tag, and you get a ton of benefits to go with it. It’s a win-win for all. Just to be clear, if you only have the Essential tier, you won’t be eligible to play FBC: Firebreak.
PlayStation and Xbox Game Pass and PS Plus subscribers with the correct membership can start hunting down the Hiss from June 17.
