Those interested in Stellar Blade on Nintendo Switch 2 can now download a free demo to trial the game ahead of the November launch date. Shift Up has released a full-fledged demo that allows users to check out not just the base game, but also the new options implemented to make the game run as smoothly as possible on the Switch 2 platform.
At the Tokyo Game Show, visitors were able to get hands-on with Stellar Blade’s Switch 2 version, guided at times by Hyung-tae Kim, the CEO of the company.
Stellar Blade Hitting Nintendo Switch 2 Soon
Stellar Blade is one of the most electrifying post-apocalyptic action titles to emerge in recent years. It landed first on PlayStation 5 and turned heads before launching a year later on PC and storming up the charts. Now, it’s preparing for a third launch, this time hitting Nintendo’s flagship platform.
It’s set to be released both physically and digitally on November 5th, and the most die-hard fans can take advantage of a Complete Edition that comes with exclusive rewards. If you want this version, you’ll need to part with $60, or $70 for a version that comes with a steelbook.
The complete edition boasts both expansions launched to date, a string of suits and cosmetics, some in-game currency, and, if you go physical, a 32 GB game card. If you go digital, you’ll need around 25 GB of storage space free for the game.
But if you’re unsold on Stellar Blade right now, it’s worth hopping onto the Nintendo Store and downloading the free demo, which was released globally on September 20. It’s the perfect introduction to a seriously slick Soulslite slasher.
