The next-gen Intel CPU is on the way, and various details have been made public thanks to a reliable leaker of PC hardware. According to leaker chi11eddog, Intel is looking to release seven variants of the new Nova Lake-S CPU, possibly called the Core Ultra 300 series
Per the leaked information, Intel will have two Core Ultra 3 CPUs, three Core Ultra 5s, and a single Core Ultra 7 and 9.
Starting with the flagship Core Ultra 9, it’s rumored to feature 16 Performance (P) cores, 32 Efficient (E) cores, and 4 Low-Power (LP) Cores for a 52-core processor. All, reportedly, at a 150W TDP. Moving down to the Core Ultra 7, that will be a 42-core CPU With 14 P-Cores, 24 E-Cores, and 4 LP-Cores at 150W.

The Core Ultra 5 chips would all be 125W with three configurations: 8P/16E/4LP, 8P/12E/4LP, and 6P/8E/4LP. Lastly, the Core Ultra 3 processors would have two configurations of 4P/8E/4LP and 4P/4E/4LP, both at 65W.
It’s important to note that none of the leaked information has been confirmed by Intel. Despite the sources reliable past, all information should be taken with a grain of salt until confirmed by Intel or independently verified by Insider Gaming. Intel has not responded to request for comment on the leaked information. Though unlikely, should a response come, it will be added to this story.
The Nova Lake-S lineup of CPU from Intel isn’t expected to launch until sometime in 2026. This year, Intel is rumored to be releasing a refreshed lineup of the Arrow Lake-S processor.
