Pre-orders for The Outer Worlds 2 are set to open Sunday and that the game won’t be shadow dropped. This, according to known data miner and leaker billbil-kun at Dealabs.
According to billbil-kun, The Outer Worlds 2 will see pre-orders open immediately following the game’s stand alone direct on Sunday, June 8. In addition to pre-orders, the game’s release date will also be announced during the showcase.
Lastly, the report gives information on the pre-order bonuses for the game. Players who pre-order The Outer Worlds 2 will get the “Commander Zane Battle Pack”. This pack includes Zane’s uniform armor, an Ed company drone, and Zane’s pistol and dagger.
Zane, as billbil-kun points out, appears to be a new character that will be revealed during the showcase.
When it launches, The Outer Worlds 2 will be available on Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and PC. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on Day One.
