Surgent Studios and Pocketpair Tease New ‘DEAD TAKE’ Game

Surgent Studios and Pocketpair have teased their first game in their agreement called ‘DEAD TAKE’.

The new game will be Pocketpair’s first published game following the highly successful launch of Palworld, which has enabled Pocket Pair to skyrocket and to be able to publish upcoming indie games.

DEAD TAKE will be Surgent Studios next game following the successful launch of Tales of Kenzera: Zau in 2024 (now on Game Pass!).

You can watch the teaser trailer for DEAD TAKE below:

In Dead Take, players will peel back the entertainment industry’s glittering facade to expose its darkest secrets. This gripping narrative experience will feature an impressive lineup of actors that will be revealed in the coming weeks.

“We’re being secretive for a reason,” said Abubakar Salim, CEO of Surgent Studios. “The subject matter of this game is delicate, and it hits close to home. When it comes out, and it won’t be long until it does, I want players to think, ‘I can’t believe they actually did this.”

Dead Take is published by Pocketpair Publishing (Palworld, Craftopia) and is set to launch this year on PC via Steam. Players can follow Surgent Studios on X, Bluesky, Instagram, and visit the official website for more details.
