Marvel Rivals’ stacked roster continues to get bigger and better, with Ultron the latest to join the ranks—and we’ll tell you exactly when the Avengers villain is available in the game.

Since releasing in December 2024, Marvel Rivals has become one of the most popular live-service titles, with regular patches providing a wealth of new content, and there’s plenty to look forward to in the upcoming 2.5 season.

Ultron lands in Marvel Rivals on May 30 as part of the Season 2.5 update. The servers will be taken down at around 2am PT/4am CT/5am ET/10am BST/7pm AEST, with downtime expected to last for a few hours.

The newest Strategist in Marvel Rivals, UItron is one of the few undisputable villains in the roster, alongside Hela, and the addition is encouraging as it opens the door for plenty more fan-favorite villains joining the ranks in the future.

Teased throughout the Hellfire Gala season, Ultron is now joining the battle to save the timestream from the meddling of Doctor Doom, with his main role being to support teammates on the field.
