Wildcard comes from the minds of the aptly named The Wildcard Alliance. You summon ungodly strong entities, battle other real players, and duke it out until there’s a winner. The real-time action and system requirements demand a certain level of backing from your PC’s hardware, so bear this in mind.

Where to Play Wildcard Playtest, Explained

You must go to Wildcard’s official Steam Page and sign up directly to give yourself easy access to the official Playtest.
The Wildcard Steam page has a lot of information you need to know about the game. It has an announcements page, information on the game, genre, and more.
That said, here’s a quick guide to access the Wildcard Playtest through the storefront:
- Go to Wildcard’s Steam page.
- Make sure you sign in if you haven’t already.
- Scroll down until you see Join the Wildcard Playtest.
- Click on the Request Access button
- Then click the newer Request Access prompt.
- If successful, you should get a notification saying: “Request Submitted.”
- You now need to wait until more Wildcard slots are free.
How Long Does Each Wildcard Playtest Last?
Each Wildcard Playtest is a weekend affair lasting from Friday through to the end of Saturday.
It’s a weekend-only Playtest period. You should be able to get access to the Wildcard Playtest soon after requesting access. Playtests are conducted quite regularly. The title is only in its alpha testing at the time of writing. It’s safe to assume that once Wildcard moves onto beta tests, more players will be invited, and it could become open.
