How to Invite Friends in Wildcard

Wildcard is advertised as a 2v2 card-collecting MOBA, so let’s make the most of it. There is a friend-finding feature to invite a friend, but it’s a bit hidden. We’ve tracked it down and can show you the basics of what you need to do.

Most things are more fun with a second person. In Wildcard, having more players only adds to the fun, and you can invite players to add to your ranks. If you need some help with this—before we get to the headaches of Packs and Wildcards—let us help you out.

You need to select the Friends symbol in the top-right corner of Wildcard’s home menu screen to take you to the invite page, and you can look for and add friends from here.

If you’re playing the Wildcard Playtest, there are a few features that aren’t entirely obvious how to find or what they do. If adding friends is something you’re struggling with, let’s go through the process:

  1. Go to Wildcard’s home menu screen.
  2. Look in the top-right corner to see a small symbol that looks like three bodies next to each other.
  3. It’s next to your in-game currency.
  4. Click on the icon.
  5. It takes you to the Social screen.
  6. Here, check your Gamer Tag—It’s the 16-digit number.
  7. You can either send this to your friend to get them to add you, or you can ask your friend for their 16-digit number.
  8. If you’re using their number, press on Invites.
  9. Enter their Gamer Tag correctly into the box.
  10. Click Add once it’s ready.
  11. Wait for them to accept the invite!

Once your friends list is populated with at least one person, you can start adding them to your party using the Social submenu. From here, it’s up to you to work together as a cohesive team and prevail in a game of Wildcard!

Speaking of which, you should check out and refresh yourself with the game’s exhaustive list of Champions and Summons.
