Rockstar just confirmed that the GTA 6 trailer 2 “comprised of equal parts gameplay and cutscenes”.
Since Rockstar dropped the GTA 6 trailer 2, fans have been going bonkers over the level of fidelity they have witnessed during some scenes. Many wondered whether players could expect the same level of graphical fidelity in gameplay, too, and Rockstar has just answered all their questions. Per their latest X post, the GTA 6 Trailer 2 was “captured entirely in-game from a PlayStation 5” and the ratio of cutscenes to gameplay is ‘equal’.
GTA 6 is the most anticipated game in the video game industry, with several game developers even changing their release date to avoid clashing with Rockstar’s behemoth of a game. From a game with this much hype, players should expect nothing but the best, and it seems Rockstar will be able to deliver on those expectations. You can see for yourself in the screenshots. There is still a little over a year left before the game releases, which will allow the developers to bring much more polish to GTA 6’s gameplay.
As of now, we have received two trailers for GTA 6, and both more or less provide context for the upcoming story, characters, and the world. Now that we have learned about all of these elements, players are waiting to see some actual gameplay mechanics, such as combat, traversal and more.
