MindsEye has caught the eye with the promise of chaotic single-player action in a near-future setting and if you can’t wait for the release, you probably want to know if Early Access is available—something we have the answer for.
Releasing June 10, MindsEye is a new title from Build A Rocket Boy and IO Interactive, with the promise of “best-in-class cinematics, high octane driving, and explosive combat.”
Many games now offer Early Access to allow players to jump into the title early, but does MindsEye take that approach? We’ve got everything you need to know in this guide.
Can You Play MindsEye Early Access?

MindsEye does not offer any Early Access incentive, so players across the world need to wait for the June 10 release date.
Although MindsEye has both a Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition available, neither offers Early Access to the title—and pre-ordering the Standard Edition provides a free upgrade to the Deluxe Edition.
While there isn’t the opportunity to jump into the game ahead of release, the Deluxe Edition does offer a heap of cosmetics, including skins for weapons, vehicles, drones, and Jacob.
The Premium Pass includes more cosmetic bonuses, alongside a Horde Mode Mission, with extra challenges due to release later this year and in 2026.
With Grand Theft Auto 6 delayed until 2026, there’s a gap in the market for a game like MindsEye to stake a claim, and there’s certainly a lot of expectation that the Build A Rocket Boy title can do exactly that.
Can You Play MindsEye Early With a Demo?
No, there is no demo available for MindsEye, meaning the first opportunity the majority of players will have with the game is on the release date.
There has been plenty of footage showcasing what to expect from the game, with the latest trailer released on May 27 giving another overview of the chaotic world players will be propelled into.
If that isn’t enough to move you off the fence on whether to purchase the game, I recommend keeping an eye on reviews when they release and watching others play the game on platforms like Twitch and YouTube.
There are plenty of options to try out MindsEye, though, with the game releasing on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
