Rebel Wolves have revealed all the new features, changes, and improvements coming to Blood of Dawnwalker’s update 1.1.
Players were informed last month that a big update was in store for Blood of Dawnwalker in October, which would add a new difficulty, some combat changes, along with some other things. Now, the devs have provided a list of the features and improvements and stated that update 1.1 comes with over 1100 other improvements and fixes.
Blood of Dawnwalker Update 1.1 Brings Draught of Mind Rebirth, New Difficulty, Petting Animals and More Next Week
A new post on Blood of Dawnwalker’s official X account (formerly Twitter) highlights the key features of update 1.1. First up is Draught of Mind Rebirth, which will provide players with the ability to respect and learn a different set of abilities. Another addition is petting animals, where the devs use the directional combat system to add directional animal petting.
The game’s campaign also received an update: the original ‘Story’ difficulty has been renamed ‘Forgiving’ difficulty, and a new ‘Story’ difficulty option has been added with additional combat assist. Lastly, players wwill be able to increase the font size and enable subtitles for all dialogues lines.

Blood of Dawnwalker Gets FrameGen Update, Camera, Combat and Traversal Improvements
In the changes and improvements section, Blood of Dawnwalker adds a FrameGen update with new dedicated settings. Camera improvements include adjusted animations and combat camera movements. Combat now has improved targeting, locking on, and disengaging. Traversal is more responsive when targeting and attaching to surfaces with Shadowstep and Planeshift. Lastly, the Japanese version of the game no longer censors blood and gore.
On top of that, the update will add over 1100 other improvements and fixes. Blood of Dawnwalker’s update 1.1 releases next week.
