Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced director has confirmed that a PS5 Pro version is definitely on the cards.
The upcoming title has been remade from the ground up, introducing enhanced visuals, additional content, new mechanics, and much more. However, players have been wondering how much more they can get out of the title visually, and it seems the title is being optimized for PS5 Pro’s latest upscaling tech, PSSR 2.
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Devs ‘Definitely’ Want to Support PS5 Pro’s Upgraded PSSR
In a recent interview with Wccftech, Richard Knight, the director of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, confirmed that a PS5 Pro version of the game will be supported. Knight mentioned that he personally owns a PS5 Pro and that the development team wishes to implement features such as the upgraded PSSR. Additionally, players can expect enhanced performance and visual fidelity, similar to those in other games on the platform. However, no exact details were revealed.
For players looking for the best visual experience, consoles need look no further than the PS5 Pro. Sony has also provided players with an upgraded version of their upscaling tech, PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR). Several games already support the new tech, including Crimson Desert, Alan Wake, Resident Evil Requiem, 007 First Light, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, ARC Raiders, and more.
