Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will receive regular updates bringing new characters to the fray, including free post-launch additions, bringing the eventual total up to over 50 characters.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Launch Characters
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will have 23 characters in the base game at launch, featuring fan-favorites from the Sonic franchise.
The who’s who of Sonic stars includes all the big names like the blue hedgehog himself, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and Shadow, alongside the likes of Dr. Eggman, Silver, Cream & Cheese, and Rouge.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Free Post-Launch Characters
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds has announced three racers will be joining for free in post-launch updates, with an additional 10 to be revealed.
The confirmed names include pop sensation Hatsune Miku and Ichiban Kasuga from the Like A Dragon franchise.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Season Pass Characters
The Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Season Pass features a host of collaborations, with 10 characters revealed so far and eight more on the way.
Crossovers with Minecraft, SpongeBob Squarepants, and Pac-Man have been announced, while the Season Pass also gives access to three Sonic Prime racers.
While specific characters are yet to be revealed, Sega has announced collabs with Avatar and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Bonus Racers
Players who pre-order the digital version of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, or those who purchase the physical version soon after release, will receive a purchase bonus.
Werehog is the bonus character included in this bonus, providing a small boost for those who support the game early on.
