VOID Interactive has confirmed that Ready or Not’s console physical release has been delayed to September 26 in the USA.
Ready or Not has been experiencing a spectacular time with its console release. The game sold over a million copies within the first four days and then doubled that number within the first two weeks. However, the real enthusiasts are still waiting for the physical release on console, and it seems players in the USA might have to wait a bit longer.
Ready or Not Physical Copies Delayed in the USA
The announcement comes from the official VOID Interactive account on X (formerly Twitter). It states that developers will “need a bit of extra time” to get the physical release to players in the USA, and you will have to wait until September 26. However, the situation remains the same for players in the European Union, and they can expect their Ready or Not physical copy to arrive on the original date, August 8, 2025. The developers didn’t reveal why the physical edition was delayed.
For those unaware, Ready or Not is a first-person, tactical shooter, where you and your friends get to play the role of SWAT police units. As the SWAT, players will have to experience hostile and confrontational situations in a modern-day world. These situations include high-risk hostage situations, active bomb threats, barricaded suspects, and other criminal activities. The title was released for PC in 2023 and then arrived for consoles this month.
