Ubisoft has revealed the first special collaboration for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, and it is with none other than Dead by Daylight.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows x Dead by Daylight
The official Assassin’s Creed account on X (formerly Twitter) has revealed that a Dead by Daylight collaboration for Shadows will be released on May 27. The caption states, “Step into the Fog. A new Dead by Daylight quest begins. Slip through the shadows. Survive the ordeal.” A teaser was also shared, featuring a mysterious character with red flames around them staring at the two protagonists, Naoe and Yasuke. Details about what this collaboration will bring to the game weren’t revealed.
The Dead by Daylight collaboration for Assassin’s Creed Shadows has been in the works for some time now. Last month, the developers revealed through their Year 1 roadmap that a special collaboration was planned for late May. Along with it, players will receive a parkour and photo mode update. The parkour update will focus on height-gaining back ejects, height-gaining side ejects, and a new vertical ledge jump. The developers have also released a free quest this month.
