Microsoft has shared details on the games joining the Xbox Game Pass catalog in the first half of September, with the first four titles releasing this week.
Six games in total are announced to be arriving on the Game Pass service, including the long-awaited Hollow Knight: Silksong as a day one launch.
Wave 1 Xbox Game Pass Games for September

Today, September 2, one title is available—but there’s plenty more coming before the end of the week.
- I Am Your Beast (Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, Game Pass Standard)
Before the end of the week, three more titles are landing on the service, while later this month, additional titles will be available. We’ve got them all listed below, along with the dates they are available.
- Nine Sols (Game Pass Standard on Xbox Series X|S, September 3)
- Hollow Knight: Silksong (Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass on Cloud, Console and PC, September 4)
- Cataclismo (Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass on PC, September 4)
- PAW Patrol World (Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, Game Pass Standard on Cloud, Console, & PC, September 10)
- RoadCraft (Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Standard on Cloud and Xbox Series X|S, September 16)
Other Game Pass Additions
Along with the new games joining the service, several additional bonuses are available for Game Pass subscribers.
- Asphalt Legends Unite: Monthly Gift Bundle – Available Now
- Skate 3: The Unlock Bundle – September 2
- The Finals: Welcome Pack – September 11
As is customary with Game Pass updates, three titles will be leaving the service on September 15. All You Need is Help, Wargroove 2, and We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie are confirmed to be leaving, but you can use your membership discount to save up to 20% off purchasing the full game.
