Xbox Confirms Titles for ‘Biggest Booth Yet’ at Gamescom 2024

In a new post on X today, Xbox announced that it will return for Gamescom 2024, and it also confirmed just a few of the titles that fans can expect to see.

Xbox says it will host its “biggest booth yet” for the event between August 21 and 25, 2024. In the same thread, Xbox confirmed that the following titles will make an appearance at the event:

  • Age of Mythology: Retold
  • Avowed
  • Ara: History Untold
  • Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred
  • Diablo Immortal
  • The Elder Scrolls Online
  • Fallout 76
  • Towerborne
  • World of Warcraft: The War Within

Naturally, Xbox added that there is still “more to come.” It’s unclear if that implies Xbox will reveal even more of the titles and ambitious plans for its Gamescom booth.

Today’s announcement comes shortly after Sony officially confirmed it will not attend Gamescom 2024, marking its fifth absence in a row. It did not offer any further details to explain why.

Further, Nintendo confirmed last April that it will not join Gamescom this year, either. However, Nintendo just hosted a lengthy direct showcase this week. And it still plans to reveal the Switch device successor during this fiscal year.

Fans are quickly speculating on the potential titles coming to Xbox’s Gamescom booth. Just last week, Phil Spencer also stated that more Xbox games are coming to other platforms.
