We all know it’s happening. This is the year when a brand-new Call of Duty hits the market, and this time around, it’s supposedly part of the Black Ops sub-series of the long-running first-person shooter franchise. That’s a big deal, okay? Black Ops remains a fan favorite, and they’re usually some of the best in the series. So, when is the Black Ops 6 reveal happening, guys?!
When is the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Reveal?
According to the rumor mill, the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 reveal will occur shortly after the upcoming Xbox Games Showcase on June 9. It supposedly won’t take place during the Showcase but shortly after. It’s likely a quick teaser trailer. We may see some information about the game, like a pre-order package, but likely little else for the time being.
With Microsoft’s big purchase of Activision, this is the second major Call of Duty release under their belt. It must go off smoothly. Modern Warfare 3 disappointed many, so this is a redeeming opportunity for the studio and publisher.

What Do We Know About Black Ops 6?
As of right now, we know very little about Black Ops 6 besides its release date, which is October 25. Rumors are circulating, of course. Most indicate that Woods will again return to join the action in a single-player campaign.
Speaking of single-player campaigns, the upcoming Black Ops game is said to feature the series’ first genuine open world. No, not the expansive maps of the past game with multiple minor routes to your objective. It’s an actual open world. Rumor has it that you can pick missions and side objectives and then travel to your destination to complete the task. But we’ll have to wait and see!
