Various radio towers are dotted around Atomfall, and Joyce Tanner wants you to access them all. The Skethermoor Radio Tower is arguably the most time-consuming tower to unlock, and you’ll feel much better once you do.
Secrets lurk behind every corner and irradiated rat in Atomfall. You also meet many people along the way—some of whom you’ll kill and some of whom you’re not supposed to but might do anyway. Joyce Tanner is one NPC you probably should let live, and if you do, she’ll have you on a Radio Tower scavenger hunt across the overarching map.
Radio Towers quickly become the name of the game (it’s actually Atomfall), and the Skethermoor tower is tricky to unlock.
How to Unlock Skethermoor Radio Tower
You need to acquire the Skethermoor Radio Tower Keycard to power up the building.
Like a lot of Atomfall, exploration and investigation are key. Checking out every house, hovel, and hole in the ground to find special items. Atomfall doesn’t explicitly tell you where the Skethermoor Radio Tower keycard is, but a quick search can tell you everything.
Where to Find Skethermoor Radio Tower Keycard in Atomfall
The Skethermoor Radio Tower Keycard is on a table in the main room of the Vehicle Storage Bunker located at 43.4 E and 74.6 N.
The Vehicle Storage Bunker is close to the tower. It’s slightly off the beaten path, so unless you’re an avid explorer, there’s a good chance you’ll stumble past it and never even get a sniff of the bunker in Atomfall.
However, you must if you want the keycard. So let me quickly guide you to the door-opening device:
- Head to the Skethermoor biome.
- Go to coordinates 43.4 E and 74.6 N on the region’s map.
- Enter the Vehicle Storage Bunker.
- Clear out the enemies.
- From where you enter, go through the second door on the left-hand side of the giant room.
- Enter, more you way through to the next room, and climb up the hole in the wall taking you into a red room.
- Climb the boxes and then up another ledge.
- Once you’re up, turn to your right to see another small hole you can climb through.
- You should emerge on the other side in a new room.
- Walk up the stairs, and the keycard is on the giant desk in the middle of the room.
When you’re ready, head back to the Radio Tower, and you can activate the Skethermoor Radio Tower!
