VALORANT ‘Aeris Collection’ Unveiled by Riot Games

Riot Games has revealed the full Aeris Collection, bound to land in VALORANT alongside Act 5, on August 18. It’s the newest skinline in the game, blending ‘timeless fantasy with a modern aesthetic.’ It’s an expansive collection, and it enters the ecosystem alongside a new battle pass that’s also bursting with rewards.

Aeris is the latest in a very long line of cosmetic bundles to land in VALORANT, a game that’s nothing if not stylish as all hell. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about Aeris, including what the bundle contains and how much it’ll cost.

How Much Will VALORANT’s Aeris Collection Cost?

When it lands on August 18, the Aeris Collection will run you up a total of 9,500 VALORANT Points in the store.

At a high level, the bundle includes:

  • Melee – Suit of Aeris
  • Vandal
  • Bandit
  • Marshal
  • Guardian
  • 1 Flex
  • 1 Card
  • 1 Gun Buddy

The official description from Riot Games reads:

Aeris introduces a new generation of elite mages who have rejected traditional spellcasting and reinvented magic through cardistry. Each card is engraved with powerful spells, serving as both a conduit for magic and an expression of the wielder’s identity and skill. By blending timeless fantasy with a modern aesthetic, the skinline lets players channel power through enchanted cards and feel like masters of a new magical art. Aeris evolves the fantasy skin experience by making magic feel personal, tactile, and stylish.

Fans are eyeballing the melee weapon, the Suit of Aeris, especially hard. It’s a transforming weapon that adapts based on the attack being used, morphing from a dagger to a sword and then to a greatsword. Each transformative phase has a unique animation complete with audio and special VFX.

But you’ve come to expect that from the most premium VALORANT skins.

The weapons have new reload animations ‘themed around magical cardistry,’ and the inspect animations are sumptuous, ethereal, and mystical. If you’re going to pick up this bundle, you’ll also want to keep an eye open for the easter eggs contained within.

Are you going to invest in the Aeris Collection when it hits the VALORANT store on August 18? Let us know on the Insider Gaming Discord server.
