Tarkov Gets 100% Boss Spawn Event As Update Approaches

Battlestate Games has deployed a new Escape from Tarkov event that has introduced rampant instability across the game’s world. This event has boosted boss spawns on all maps to 100%, and as a result of the carnage, night raids are now riskier – but we don’t know how.

Also, the update has suggested that Scav Bosses are more heavily equipped and that the equipment you take from them cannot be listed on the Flea Market. This event is taking place mere days before the arrival of the hotly anticipated 1.1.0.0 update, which is set to introduce the game’s first ‘season’ patch.

Escape from Tarkov Bosses Are Everywhere

When you raid into Escape from Tarkov today, you’ll find that every map has a 100% chance to spawn boss characters. Not only that, but the bosses that do spawn are more heavily armed than ever before, thanks to new instability across the game’s regions.

This is a new event set up by Battlestate Games as the company begins ushering in the 1.1.0.0 update, which is poised to change the face of the spearhead extraction shooter yet again.

On August 3rd, the first Tarkov season will be introduced, dubbed Kord Breach. It’ll offer an entirely new way to play the game, and it’s coming in alongside stacks of other changes and improvements.

For now, you’ll need to head into Escape from Tarkov and start hunting bosses, as Battlestate has suggested you’ll need to stockpile what they’re wielding. In a graphic posted on social media, a list of items was teased, for some reason:

  • Fast MT Helmet – 1 pc.
  • Ops-Core FAST RAC Headset – 1 pc.
  • GPNVG-18 Night Vision Goggles – 1 pc.
  • ANA Tactical M1 Body Armor Plate Carrier – 1 pc.
  • Fake Beard – 1 pc.
  • Document Tablet – 1 pc.
  • Molot 7.62×39 75-round Drum Magazine – 1 pc.
  • Ammo Box – 1 pc.
  • 7.62x39mm BP Ammunition – 450 rounds.
  • F-1 Grenades – 10 pcs.
  • Zarya Stun Grenades – 10 pcs.
  • AKMN Rifle – 1 pc.

We can only assume that these items are going to represent the next stage of this pre-wipe, pre-season event.
