Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Easter Egg Discovered Over 3 Years Later

Released in 2023, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was another EA Star Wars success after Fallen Order. The packed game features a ton of content and memorable boss fights, but it also has a few secrets and Easter eggs up its sleeve.

By now, you’ve probably seen countless Star Wars Jedi: Survivor easter egg compilation videos on YouTube. With decades of Star Wars lore, it’s only fitting for Respawn to cram as much stuff in as it can. The company went to great lengths with one easter egg, though, which has remained unseen until now.

Konami & Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Crack The Code

Most seasoned gamers have heard about the Konami code by now. It’s a legendary sequence of inputs that activates a cheat across many Konami games. It became so iconic that developers in the decades since have copied it.

If you didn’t know, it’s: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A. You can see where this is going: Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has its own obscure Konami code. When I say obscure, I mean obscure.

The community has known about an undiscovered easter egg for weeks and months, some say years, and they’ve been desperately trying to figure it out.

The Konami cat is out of the bag, thanks to X user @towerbunga, and you have to carry out a specific set of instructions:

  1. Kill Spawn of Oggdo
  2. Go to the Mantis Meditation Point.
  3. Click on the skill tree.
  4. Enter the Konami code.

I won’t spoil what happens, so check out Towerbunga’s video below to see the method AND the fun result.
