An insider has claimed that Nintendo will reveal their upcoming Star Fox title this month.
It seems that Star Fox has suddenly become highly popular in the past few weeks. First, we saw the character being revealed for the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy movie. Soon after, we were also informed that a new Star Fox game will return in Summer 2026, and now we know its announcement window.
Star Fox Announcement to Arrive in April 2026
The information about the announcement window for the new Star Fox game comes from the reliable insider NateTheHate. In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), he stated that the upcoming title “will be announced this month via Nintendo Today or Twitter.” While the exact announcement date and release date have not been revealed, players should keep their eyes peeled for updates from Nintendo Today and Twitter, as the announcement could happen at any time this month.
Not much information is available about the upcoming title in the popular third-person action-adventure series. According to insider sources, players can expect a “classic-style” Star Fox game with “very satisfying” visuals and online multiplayer features. This is all that has been revealed so far; more details will be shared once the official announcement is made. Till then, players can check out who is playing Fox McCloud in the upcoming movie.
