Sifu, the kung-fu-based third-person brawler by Sloclap, is now available on iOS and Android.
Players have been hearing about many console and PC games getting mobile ports recently. We were just informed that Hello Games will release an iPhone and iPad port of No Man’s Sky later this month. Monster Hunter Rise is also getting a mobile port through Netflix, and now the latest title to receive a port is Sifu.
Sifu is Available Now on iOS and Android Devices
Interested readers can purchase Sifu now for iOS and Android devices at a price of $7.99. Sloclap has fully optimized the game for mobile, featuring new touch controls, improved contextual interactions, a reworked camera system, and complete controller support. This allows players to experience the entire story campaign seamlessly. In a gameplay video released by Sloclap, the visuals for the mobile version appear to be quite impressive as well. You can check it out below:
Sifu is a game that puts players on a path of revenge, tasked with hunting down their family’s assassins. It features a unique mechanic where, each time players die, a mysterious amulet brings them back to life with a catch: they age a bit with every death. This aging process allows players to retain experience, but it also means they eventually face the consequences of getting older. The game’s combat not only emphasizes authentic kung fu but also encourages players to utilize environmental elements, such as throwable objects, makeshift weapons, windows, and more.
