The Stone Emporium in Pokémon Legends: Z-A is located on Vernal Avenue, near Wild Zone 1 and to the east of Wild Zone 12, but only unlocks once you complete Main Mission 10.

The nearest fast travel point is the Pokémon Center on Vernal Avenue, though you can also use the fast travel points at the Pokémon Research Lab, Cafe Woof, and Cafe Classe.

Available stock increases throughout your playthrough, so make sure to revisit the store regularly to stock up on Mega Stones and Evolution Stones.
