PocketPair has announced that a new Palworld game is in development called Palworld: Palfarm, where players will be the farm of their dreams.
Announced for Steam and now available to wishlist, the game is somewhat similar to games like Stardew Valley, with the high-action of what Palworld originally brought… But there will still be combat.
According to the game’s description, Nasty Pals will raid your farm, which you’ll need to defend against. One clip on the Steam page shows one Pal holding an AK-47 to ward off some evil Pals munching on a pumpkin (you read that right).
The press release dates, “In Palworld: Palfarm, work alongside helpful Pals to turn fields into full-functioning farms solo or in online multiplayer. Delegate duties to plant seeds, tend to growing plants, and round up the harvest. Befriend the locals and unearth unexpected story arcs. Beware, the coziness can turn chaotic — watch out for wild Pals that pilfer fresh produce.“

Earlier this month, PocketPair announced that Palworld 1.0 will also be released in 2026, marking a “significant milestone,” said Bucky, the communications director and publishing manager at PocketPair. Within the first year, Palworld garnered numerous accolades, including achieving one of the highest concurrent player counts of all time on Steam, surpassing 32 million players and more.
It’s currently unclear when the game will officially release, as PocketPair hasn’t yet provided an official release date, and there is no word on whether the game will be released for consoles.
I guess we’ll also have to wait and see to know if Nintendo or The Pokémon Company will also go after PocketPair for this new game, too.
