The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered has just received a brand new Steam Beta update that adds a fresh difficulty option.
Oblivion Remastered’s update 1.2 will focus on adding fixes across various aspects of the game, including quests, gameplay, and performance, as well as introducing a new difficulty option. Additionally, as this is a Steam Beta version, Update 1.2 is not currently available on other platforms.
Oblivion Remastered’s New Difficulty Will Further Tune Player Combat and Enemy Combat Damage
The new difficulty option for Oblivion Remastered is called ‘Journeyman’, and as mentioned above, it focuses on Player Combat and Enemy Combat Damage. Now players have six options to choose from, including “Novice”, “Apprentice”, “Adept”, “Journeyman”, “Expert”, and “Master”. Journeyman will be the perfect option for players who found ‘Adept’ too easy and ‘Expert’ too difficult.
Regarding the bug fixes, the Oblivion Remastered update 1.2 addresses issues with UI, Crashes, Audio, Quests, Performance, Gameplay, and System Stability. Interested readers can check out the full patch notes here.
