Every Wildcard Playtest is a stepping stone to better things for the game. Each test period allows the team to find bugs, fix glitches, and improve the quality of life for everyone. So let’s give you the lowdown on the next test chance.
We’re not sure how long Wildcard is going to be in its playtest period. There’s a reason it needs to be, though: Plenty of Summons to buff and nerf, Champions that need to be adjusted so they don’t become too OP, and Wildcards that could become too game-changing.
If you’ve not had the chance to take part in a playtest, let’s show when the next one is.
Next Wildcard Playtest Date
The next Wildcard playtest begins on Friday, June 27.
Each Wildcard Playtest is a Friday/Saturday deal. This is usually the optimal time for any alpha or beta as it’s when the most players are available for a few hours of uninterrupted gaming—something I’m guilty of!
Make the most of it as the playtest ends on Saturday, June 28. I said it’s a weekend testing period, but they never include Sundays. So get your matches in while you can.
Next Wildcard Playtest Start Time
11 PM UTC is the official start time for the next Wildcard Playtest.
If you ever need a reminder of when the next Playtest is, I advise you to consult our handy guide. Or, if you’re especially keen, open up Wildcard on Steam, and you can check out the ‘Next Playtest Begins’ banner in the bottom-right corner.
The Wildcard Alliance may choose to adjust dates and times for future tests. This is why we’ll be popping in to update the key details in this guide so you’re up to date!
Once the game ends its preliminary playtest period, we expect more testing and for it to be widely available.
