RedOctane Games was reborn in 2025 with one simple goal: To bring back and make music rhythm games popular and introduce a new generation to a staple of late 2000s to early 2010s gaming. Say hello to Stage Tour and its newest trailer at Gamescom 2026.
Stage Tour, RedOctane’s rhythm game revival, is set for a fall 2026 release. If you miss the days of Guitar Hero and Rock Band, then Stage Tour is looking to fill that gaping void with riffs, drum rolls, and reverberating rock and metal.
Stage Tour also got a release date at Gamescom – it’s coming December 10.
Stage Tour’s Gamescom 2026 Trailer is a Blast (Beat)

On the surface, Stage Tour looks and feels like its predecessors. However, RedOctane is likely not going to milk Stage Tour dry and make similar mistakes.
The Stage Tour song list so far is very diverse, and you can expect the game to be populated with new tunes and tracks over the coming months and years.
