First Modern Warfare 3 Images Leak Online Showing Classic Maps

The first images of Modern Warfare 3 have allegedly leaked online ahead of the game’s official reveal this August.

Images of what appear to be Modern Warfare 3 have leaked online thanks to serial Call of Duty leaker @COD_Perseus. Insider Gaming understands that the images were first uploaded to a telegram channel, but reposted to Twitter. The leaked images show remasters of Modern Warfare 2’s Terminal and Scrapyard.

Insider Gaming exclusively reported in May that this year’s Call of Duty title will be called Modern Warfare 3 and will feature remastered maps from past Call of Duty titles. In the same report, we also reported that Zombies will be making their return in Outbreak 2.0.

At the time of writing, Insider Gaming cannot 100% verify the images as being legitimate, but we have seen similar images from earlier stages in development.

Insider Gaming understands that Modern Warfare 3 is set to be officially revealed on August 1, 2023.
